Store Policy

At Zellira, every piece is made by hand in Morocco and sent directly to you. Below is how we ship, how we handle returns, and how to reach us.

Shipping

Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no surcharge at checkout.

Your order ships from Morocco to your address in the United States and arrives within 5 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your parcel leaves our workshop, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Because our pieces are handmade, an item occasionally needs a few extra days to be finished. If that affects your order, we contact you before it ships.

Import duties and taxes are already covered. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
