Zellira sells handmade Moroccan crafts online. You can reach us at info@zellira.com.
2. Products
All items are handmade. Variation in colour, grain, dimensions, and finish between individual pieces is inherent to handmade work and is not a defect. Product photographs show a representative example, not the exact piece you will receive.
We describe dimensions and materials as accurately as we can. Small variations in measurement are normal in hand-cut and hand-thrown work.
Colours may appear differently on different screens.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and include shipping and any applicable customs duties.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment has cleared.
4. Orders
Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may decline or cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- We identify an error in the price or product description
- We cannot verify the payment or delivery details
- We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — photographs, product descriptions, logos, and design — belongs to Zellira. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, arising from your use of this site or from any delay in delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not permit us to do so.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
