What We Can Help With
Before you order — questions about materials, exact dimensions, colour options, or whether a piece will suit what you have in mind. If you want to see additional photographs of a specific item before buying, ask and we will send them.
Custom and bulk orders — we work directly with the workshops that make these pieces. If you need a specific size, colour, or a larger quantity for a hotel, riad, or retail space, tell us what you need and we will tell you what is possible.
Order tracking — if your tracking has not updated in more than seven days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns and refunds — email us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address and log your case.
Damaged deliveries — photograph the packaging and the item, email the photographs within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace the piece at no cost to you.
